These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between the company Babyket, operating the website www.babyket.com, and any person (hereinafter "Client") wishing to purchase a product on this site. By placing an order, the Client unreservedly accepts the GTCS.

  1. Purpose
    The purpose of the GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the website www.babyket.com.
  2. Products
    The products available for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Product photographs and descriptions are non-contractual and may vary slightly.
  3. Price
    Product prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are calculated additionally during order finalization.
  4. Orders
    To place an order, the Client must add the desired products to the cart, validate the cart, and make the payment. Once the order is validated, it is considered final. Babyket reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
  5. Payment
    Payment is made online, using the payment methods accepted on the site. The order will be processed only after payment validation.
  6. Delivery
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are displayed at the time of order.
  • Order reception: The Client is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. In case of damage, the Client must inform Babyket within 48 hours.
  1. Right of withdrawal
    The Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with return costs at the Client's expense. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
  2. Warranty and liability
    Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of defect, the Client may request repair or replacement of the product. Babyket's liability cannot be engaged in case of indirect damages.
  3. Data protection
    The Client's personal information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Babyket undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and to use them only within the framework of order management.
  4. Applicable law and disputes
    These GTCS are governed by American law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, American courts will be competent to settle the dispute.
  5. Modification of GTCS
    Babyket reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of the order.
